3. Take action when fraud is suspected
- Direct fact-finding initiatives to better quantify the alleged incident
- Evaluate findings
- Lead fraud investigations
- Communicate recommended plan of action to senior leadership and legal counsel
- Collaborate with outside agencies to build cases for prosecution and financial recovery
